Product description
BZ41W/H insulation gate valve is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other systems, suitable for nominal pressure PN1.6~6.4MPa (national standard) 150LB~300LB-600LB (American standard) working temperature -29~425 °C (carbon steel), -40~500 °C (stainless steel) pipelines for opening and closing. The jacket of the valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with jacketed ports, and the jacket can freely flow through steam or other hot insulation medium to ensure that the viscous medium can flow smoothly through the valve.
Features
1. The jacket is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with jacket connections.
2. The size of the connecting flange is one to two specifications larger than that of ordinary valves of the same specification, and the structural length is the same as that of ordinary valves of the same specification.
3. Steam or other hot heat preservation medium can freely flow through the jacket to ensure that viscous medium can flow through the valve smoothly.
