Product description
The forged steel internal thread and socket welding gate valve has small fluid resistance and requires small torque for opening and closing. It can be used on the ring network pipeline where the medium flows in two directions, that is to say, the flow direction of the medium is not restricted. When fully open, the sealing surface is less eroded by the working medium than the globe valve. The body structure is relatively simple, the manufacturing process is good, and the structure length is relatively short. It is suitable for industrial pipelines in steel plants, petroleum, chemical industry, gas, boilers, papermaking, textiles, food, ships, water supply and drainage, energy, polysilicon, electric power and other industries.
Structure type
1. Full diameter or reduced diameter;
2. Open rod with bracket;
3. Packing sleeve with automatic alignment at both ends;
4. Use the bolted type bonnet of the winding gasket, the threaded sealing welded bonnet, or the self-sealing bonnet;
5. The body is sealed inverted;
6. Socket welding ANSI/ASME B16.11;
7. The threaded end (NPT end) is according to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.
