Bevel gear slurry valve is mainly driven by the drive part (bevel gear) to drive the screw, the gate plate opening and closing depends on the drive part (bevel gear) clockwise rotation, the gate plate will slowly rise, the gate plate opens. Conversely, the drive part (bevel gear) rotates counterclockwise, that is, the gate plate closes, stopping the flow of medium. Slurry valve is widely used in oil, chemical, thermal power plants and other oil, water, steam pipelines as the opening and closing device to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline.

Product Structure Features

1.The valve series are suitable for the sewage treatment, chemical industry, paper pulp industry and mine washing industry to block or convey the mediums including liquid suspension or slurry in the pipelines. 
2.The valve adopts unilateral compulsory sealing which can not only achieve reliable sealing effect but also eliminate deposits to meet the sealing requirements. The body can be made of various materials including cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and PTFE to meet different needs such as corrosion resistance and wear resistance. 
3.The structure is featured with short length and light weight, so it’s easy to conduct the installation and maintenance.
