    Product Structure Features

    The knife gate valve is a straight-stroke on-off valve, which is beautiful, lightweight, compact in structure, and can be controlled manually or pneumatically. The knife gate plate of the knife gate valve has strong shear force, so it is very suitable for papermaking, sewage treatment, mining, sugar refining, chemical fiber and other working conditions containing particles or fibers.


    Its main structural features are

    1. The knife gate valve adopts an integral structure with an ultra-thin valve body and full bore flow, avoiding medium leakage and flow loss, and is easy to install and use.
    2. The bottom of the valve body flow channel adopts fixed guide claws to fix the gate plate, replacing the groove design, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of slagging when the valve is closed due to the accumulation of medium.
    3. The bottom of the gate plate adopts a knife-shaped arc design, so the gate plate has a strong shearing effect on the medium and excellent sealing effect when it is active.
    4. Replaceable valve seat design adopts the valve seat cover to fix and preload the valve seat, when the sealing surface of the valve seat is not tightly sealed, the sealing effect can be improved by adjusting the fixing screw of the valve seat gland.
    5. The double bearing design greatly reduces the torque of the valve and facilitates the opening and closing of the valve.
