Product Structure Features
Pneumatic gate valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry, thermal power station and other working conditions with nominal pressure PN1.0~16.0MPa and working temperature -46~600°C.
Its main structural features are:
1. The product structure is reasonable, the sealing is reliable, the performance is excellent, and the shape is beautiful.
2. The sealing surface is surfacing Co-based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
3. The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided, and has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The valve is equipped with an inverted sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing.
5. The material of parts, flange, butt welding end size can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
