Product description
The three-piece forged steel fixed ball valve is an American standard three-stage structure, a Y-shaped hard-sealed fixed ball valve, which adopts a bottom-mounted valve stem and an inverted sealing structure for equipment. The three-stage type is more convenient to manufacture large diameters and has better durability. High temperature effect, the temperature can reach 450°C. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure and large diameter working conditions, and is widely used in mining, electric power, petroleum, chemical and metallurgical industries.
Features
1. The valve adopts Y type seal and welds STL on the basis of H seal to ensure high temperature resistance.
2. Compared with the floating type, the fixed type ball valve can be manufactured with a large diameter, and it is easy to operate when opening and closing.
3. Tight and reliable. All the ball valves of our company's hard-sealed ball valves have been ground to ensure reliable sealing of the valves.
4. Easy to operate, fast opening and closing, only need to rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, and can be equipped with various actuators according to the needs of working conditions
5. It is easy to maintain. All the products adopt modular design, which can be maintained separately. The large-caliber is equipped with sewage discharge, and generally only needs to be maintained and maintained on the pipeline.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, so the service life is long, and it can be used as a control switch for a long time.
