    American standard bevel gear gate valve is widely used as an opening and closing device to connect or cut off medium in oil, water and steam pipelines of petrochemical industry, Fossil fuel power station and other oil products, water and steam pipelines with Class150~900 Lb and operating temperature of -29~121 ℃.


    Product Features

    1. The design and manufacture of the products meet the requirements of American standard ANSI B16.34, American Petroleum Institute standard API6D and API600.
    2. Compact structure, small size, good rigidity, and safe and reliable sealing.
    3. The closing element (gate) adopts an elastic structure, which can automatically compensate for valve body deformation caused by abnormal load or temperature during operation. Therefore, the sealing is reliable and will not generate gate wedges.
    4. Manual valves with a diameter greater than or equal to NPS10 ", a pressure class of 150 pounds, and a diameter greater than or equal to NPS6", and a pressure class of 600-2500 pounds, are equipped with rolling bearings in their operating devices for easy opening and closing.
    5. The main materials, interior materials, fillers, gaskets, and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.
    6. For gate valves with NPS ≤ 10 ", the valve seat can be a replaceable internal thread connected valve seat, and can be matched with the sealing surface material of the closing element to meet the working conditions and extend the service life.
