Product overview

The Non rising stem elastic seat sealed gate valve adopts a cavity free structure. The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body and bonnet are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the surface of the ram is coated with rubber, which fundamentally eliminates the possibility of corrosion. The packing is discarded at the valve stem seal and the "O" ring is used, making the bees more reliable. As required, the gate valve can be operated by operating lever, handwheel, electric and pneumatic methods. It is applicable to drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and gas, industry, food and other industries.

Structural features

1. The overall valve cover is designed with a dark stem, and the structure is compact; the stem nut and the gate are two-body structure, no jamming phenomenon occurs; the straight channel has no leakage cavity; the stem seal adopts an "O"-shaped sealing ring.

2. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the inner surface is lined with enamel when necessary.

3. The reliable hygienic epoxy resin conforms to the hygienic standard GB/T17219-1998, and the gate plate is entirely covered with rubber that conforms to hygienic inspection; the valve stem, stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze that is not corroded by water.
