Product description

Triple eccentric heat preservation butterfly valve, also known as jacket butterfly valve, is a metal jacket welded outside the valve body on the basis of ordinary triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, and jacket ports are installed on both sides of the heat preservation butterfly valve body to inject steam. Or other superheated gas to prevent the medium from solidifying or crystallizing at room temperature. The flange of the valve is one to two specifications larger than ordinary metal hard-sealed butterfly valves. It is mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, asphalt, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, etc., to prevent the high-viscosity medium that will solidify under normal conditions.

Structural features

1. The opening torque is small, flexible and convenient, and the three-dimensional eccentric structure can make the butterfly plate close and tighter, and the sealing is more reliable.
2. There is no wear and interference between the sealing pairs, and the sealing material is selected reasonably and the seat is surfacing with STL alloy, so that the sealing performance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the entire valve seat are reliably guaranteed.
3. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe, which is more pressure-resistant and firm than the cast one.
4. Adopt integral jacket structure design, which can keep heat and cold evenly.
5. There are two forms of insulation inlet, flange and thread, for users to choose, and the connection method and size of the inlet can also be customized.
