Lanzhou Petrochemical's jet fuel output has reached a record high

On May 21st, in the centralized control room of the refining area of Lanzhou Petrochemical, the internal line operators of the 5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit were carefully comparing the quality inspection and analysis results. By swiping the mouse at the control points on the screen, they adjusted the external release volume of the atmospheric line again, precisely keeping the freezing point of the jet fuel above the quality index to ensure the maximization of the jet fuel yield.
Since the beginning of this year, Lanzhou Petrochemical has been market-oriented, fully implementing the policy of "reducing fuel consumption and increasing navigation", achieving efficient coordination among production, sales and transportation, optimizing the structure of its refined oil products, and making every effort to ensure the products leave the factory.
From January to April, Lanzhou Petrochemical's jet fuel output exceeded 340,000 tons, increasing by 8.94% year-on-year, setting a new historical record. The railway shipment of aviation fuel reached 1,281 carriages, setting a new historical record.
In production, two sets of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units of Lanzhou Petrochemical raised the final distillation point of the jet fuel in the first line of the conventional fuel line, and intermittently adjusted the steam volume of the stripping tower in the second line of the conventional fuel line according to the changes in crude oil properties to produce the jet fuel components to the greatest extent. Two sets of aviation fuel hydrogenation units have optimized the product structure, strengthened the full-process control, precisely controlled the flash point of refined aviation fuel, optimized the process and raw material ratio of the hydrogenation refining and chemical units, significantly increased the reaction conversion rate, and enhanced the production capacity of aviation fuel. The 900,000-ton/year diesel hydrogenation modification unit adjusts the raw material ratio, controls indicators such as the temperature rise of the cracking reactor bed and the top temperature of the stripping tower, adjusts the thermal balance of the reaction fractionation system, and improves the operational efficiency of the unit and the product conversion rate. Facing the weather characteristics of large temperature differences between day and night, frequent sand and dust weather accompanied by rainfall, Lanzhou Petrochemical adheres to standardized and refined inspection, focusing on monitoring the operation of large units to ensure the stable operation of equipment and facilities and guarantee the output and quality of aviation fuel.
Meanwhile, Lanzhou Petrochemical has run the last leg of the "relay race" of aviation fuel production, transportation and sales steadily. It has focused on "fine blending" on one hand. According to the changes in the output and quality of aviation fuel components in upstream facilities, it has optimized the operation of four aviation fuel storage tanks and dynamically adjusted the amount of blended oil in each batch to achieve "fast in and fast out", improve turnover efficiency and meet market demand. We should focus on "efficient dispatching" on one hand, strengthen the management of railway tank cars in terms of matching, loading and transportation, minimize loading time as much as possible and improve the turnover efficiency of vehicles. On the basis of completing the oil product shipment tasks, we should seize every opportunity to do a good job in cleaning the tank trucks and maintaining and servicing the swan neck pipes, pumps and tank washing equipment, creating favorable conditions for the supply of aviation fuel in all aspects.
