01 Valve stem diameter
If it is a
multi turn open stem valve, it is not possible to install an electric
valve on it. Therefore, when selecting, special attention should be paid
to the diameter of the valve stem to ensure that it can pass through
the maximum diameter of the valve stem. There are also requirements for
the internal diameter of the hollow output shaft, which must be larger
than the external diameter of the stem of the rising stem valve.
02 Electric device output torque
Special attention should also be paid to the output torque of the
electric device of the electric butterfly valve, ensuring that it is
1.2-1.5 times the maximum operating torque of the valve.
The most
important control of electric butterfly valves during operation is
through the size of stroke, torque, or axial thrust. The effectiveness
of the electric device of the valve is mainly determined by the type of
valve and whether the device operates in a standardized manner.
