Product Description
The cast steel pressure self sealing check valve is composed of a valve body, a valve disc, a spring, and a central shaft. Widely used in water, oil, natural gas pipeline systems and oilfield systems with a pressure of PN16-45MPa and a temperature of -20-+450 ℃.
Product Features
1. The structural length is very short, the volume is small, and the weight is light.
2. The valve is of an integral structure, simple and compact, with low impact force when closed.
3. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, with light weight and no need to set a support for the valve.
4. The flow channel is unobstructed, the fluid resistance is small, and the valve disc can fully open at a very small pressure difference.
5. The sealing surface of the valve disc and valve seat is made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welding.
